Watertown Raider football is about working harder than everyone else and every other team - in the face of wins or losses.  Being a Watertown Raider means you never give up, constantly learn new strategies, techniques and ways to win.  Our mission is to create not only talented, tough, motivated and positive-minded football players, but also to mold these kids into wonderful citizens and students that the entire town of Watertown can be proud of.  Only by learning and working can we be successful and be winners - even in the face of loss on the field. When we act like winners on and off the field, we will always be winners no matter what.
