The Raiders started off the 2011 campaign with a 31-28 shoot out win over Bellingham. Even though the Raiders led for much of the game, Bellingham's spread offense proved difficult to contain. Leading the Raider's offense was Joey Farrar who threw for 352 yards with 4 TD passes while rushing for 69 yards. Giovanni Ortiz had a great game on both sides of the ball catching 8 Farrar passes for 235 yards and 2 touchdowns and contributing an interception on defense. Dimtri Martinos and Logan Riley each had a touchdown reception. Linbackers danny Loprete and Dino Flori had solid games on defense. However, the ultimate difference in the game was a 25 yard field goal by first year player and senior Joe Cacia.
